I like 'good 4 u'. Definitely the most instant I've been with a song of hers. Gives me more Kate Nash - Drinking About You vibes than it does Avril. Still a bit of a disconnect for me atm though and I can't quite place exactly why sad.gif We'll see when we get the album I guess. I find the production on 'Deja Vu' and this quite thin and almost like they're not finished, although with g4u it plays to it's favour more.

I will be adding g4u towards the top of my playlist to see if I can get into it more. DV is the only one I don't care enough about and DL I'll come back to it and see how I feel every now and again but as of right now, I'm not bothered by it.

The video is fun!

it sounds an awful lot like a bedroom demo; not sure if it was a deliberate direction but it'd sound a lot better with more fleshed-out production

I can see Dejavu going top 10 next week in the UK, probably peaking at around 7 or 8 which would be a great result, hopefully Good 4 U can go top 15 but I can see it missing the top 40 this week especially with the limited playlist.

Definitely hearing more indie pop like Beach Bunny than some post-punk comparisons I've seen. Loving it though!
