Just added up all the known sales for Kylie's albums and the overall total is over 9.7m - will easily pass 10m within this decade.
Single sales are well over 12m. |

About 2k shifted since July last year though so it'll probably make it some point this year without factoring anything that may be planned for the 20th anniversary.

I wouldn't want to get my hopes up that there would be a full re-release but Kylie's acknowledged it as a fan favourite and seems to think very highly of it herself, so hopefully something can be arranged to celebrate.

As i don't expect any new material from Kylie this year, a 20th of anniversary release of Light Years would be nice for the fans to look forward to.
It would ensure a return to the charts for Light Years and bring its overall sales clearly past 500k. |

One of those things where I definitively start feeling old - I didn't realise Light Years is now 20 years old. Yikes. Soon it'll be 20 years after 9/11.

 but would prefer a new 2cd edition.The bonus cd could have all the songs we know that are floating around, yet, not housed on a Kylie album. |
