my thoughts from the last mini series stay the same. way to keep ruining the integrity of an otherwise classic film.

the last series was really good. especially towards the end of the series. this one was really disappointing. it felt more like 'let's see what the gang from This Is England are up to two years later' rather than having an actual plot.

Nearly 4 years after 'This Is England '88', tonight sees the next instalment with 'This Is England '90', taking a particular look at rave culture and the 1990 World Cup. It's expected to be the final instalment in the series.

Pretty much much what you would expect. A re-introduction to the characters and concentrating largely on the humorous side of things before adding a touch of seriousness towards the end. And, if like me you were in your 20s in 1990 it'll bring back loads of memories.

The dinner table scene on Sunday's episode was absolutely spectacular. Brilliant acting from brilliant actors. That scene should definitely get nominated for an award

Yes the dinner scene was definitely quite tense to watch and had real drama in it. Fantastic acting indeed from everyone in that scene.
