I've no idea what their total sales are anymore. I'd guess the album will total up at about 630k... I'd be VERY suprised if there was a 4th single, and seen as another Arctic Monkeys album is penciled in for 2008, as well as Alex's side album I doubt there will be. So unless a song of theirs is used in an advert or something i'd imagine the sales it has at the moment will be there or thereabouts the final sales. |

awards , best of the year lists , new 3rd single , december gigs n the album is ...#98...promotional problem maybe or what? ...when in the top 75 are many mediocre indie albums... |

i cant understand this...its like the last year... awards , best of the year lists , new 3rd single , december gigs n the album is ...#98...promotional problem maybe or what? ...when in the top 75 are many mediocre indie albums... Yep it'll definitely be a promotion problem, but tbh, I don't think Domino really care. Selling over 600k for an album is amazing from an independant label. With the money they'd spend on promo they'd probably make a loss in the end. |
