Amused at Tightrope going Gold despite never being eligible to chart - even if a Top 1000 existed, it would have been kept out by at least 3 other TGS songs every week so far. |

Impressive feat for Sam Smith's "Too Good for Goodbyes" going double platinum, I think people were too quick to rule his second era out as a flop. Great to see one of his early tracks, "Leave Your Lover", hitting a sales milestone too!

I don't think anyone called 'Too Good At Goodbyes' a flop, in fact a big part of the reason I thought his album was such an underperformance was because its lead single did so well.

This was tweaked last summer to also add video streams, but also streams from non-subscription services now needing 600 streams per unit of sale. This has resulted in a lot of older songs such as FWW picking up decent ‘sales’ in the streaming age, hence so many older songs getting new certifications even if their paid for sales haven’t been that great. Rudimental's 'Free' getting silver is nice but I'm shocked at 'The One That Got Away' going platinum! Wasn't expecting that but very nice to see! One of my fav KP songs in retrospect.
