AJ released his first studio album today and it's absolute fire.
I really wasn't expecting to like this one so much, He's really quietly sneaked up to become one of my favourites at the moment. Just given a listen to 'Ladbroke Grove' from this album and I'm absolutely loving it, wasn't expecting an all-out UK garage track from him!!
'Psych Out!' has really grown on me as well and 'Butterflies' was also great, he seems very versatile ~ |

Been cycling through Psych Out, Rina and Ladbroke Grove recently! Certainly head and shoulders above most of the UK's rap scene currently and maybe a surprise BRITS nominee?

Ladbroke Grove is now a single! C List on 1Xtra right now, hope R1 will follow suit. I don't think it's on ACR as it's climbed to #52 this week?

I don't get the hype for Ladbroke Grove. I don't like the female/hook part at all.
Nothing has came close to Butterflies - what an absolute stomper of a song. |
