QUOTE The Material Girl surprised 400 fans Wednesday who were attending the 25th anniversary screening of her 1991 documentary, "Madonna: Truth or Dare." The singer, wearing a fire-engine red, off-the-shoulder dress, was beaming when she showed up at the Museum of Modern Art. The documentary followed Madonna during her 1990 Blond Ambition World Tour. The film originally premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 1991, and went on to become the highest-grossing documentary at the time. Madonna took to Instagram to share the special moment with her seven million fans: "Surreal Moment! At the MOMA!! So nice to watch a film in a museum. So many freedoms we take for granted that we did not have then. Thank you Alek Keshishian. We changed history with this film.!" http://edition.cnn.com/2016/08/25/entertai...-fans-new-york/ |

It's a poor photo quality but she seems to look great! Very chilled and summery.
I love this documentary and I think I'll end up re-watch very soon. I quite like BitchMadonna from this period; I know she's said she hated the way she was back then but I think she's calmed down too much nowadays and is less likely to speak so freely. Like, I couldn't imagine Madonna of today acting in an interview like this. |

Like, I couldn't imagine Madonna of today acting in an interview like this. That is actually amazing. I imagine that guy must have been quaking in his boots towards the end. |

That interview *.* When a-listers these days think they're being cut-throat and bitchy when they have NOTHING on how it's supposed to be done.
