 This week's highest climber comes from Lady Gaga, who matches her chart peak with new single Perfect Illusion, the first release from her fourth solo album Joanne. It matches the #3 peak of previous lead single Applause, and is her fourth top 10 to date after jumping up 20 places after a #23 debut on less than 24 hours of availability last week! Gaga is yet to have a #1 single but her previous album ARTPOP hit the top spot on my album chart. Becky Hill was my favourite contestant on The Voice series 1, and has had moderate success in my chart, including a top 15 with Oliver Heldens on Gecko (Overdrive) in 2014. False Alarm instantly does better for both artists, entering straight in at #7 and therefore giving them both their first EVER top 10. Interestingly: Becky and Oliver Heldens have actually had very similar chart histories to date - both having a #14 and a #7 hit (Last All Night peaked at #7 in 2014 for Heldens), although Becky also has her #30 hit Losing in between. Reaching new personal bests this week are Sia and Kendrick Lamar, who climb three spots to #2 with their collaboration The Greatest, as well as Daniel Skye (up 9-8 with Smile) and Rebecca Ferguson (up 22-15 with Bones), plus the aforementioned Matoma & Becky Hill.  Sia Climbing is great to see  Lady Gaga getting a big climb I see good on her New Years and Years really good hesrd it twice now and I love the chorus Matoma and Bexky Hill really great Heard Dakota once not sure if I like it  New Emeli is good will grow on me I feel like Offiah is great Charlie doing so well atm  Great Chart

Hey Joseph,
I really fell in love with your number one single and featuredmit in my own personal chart because of it, it's very good. Glad to see Sia rising too, and pleased to see new Top 10 entries from Years & Years and Matoma. Also, I think there's a good chance Dakota will do well with her new single, I already like it. I need to listen to Hurts a few more times I think. Fantastic charts as always!

Thanks for commenting!!This was in BJSC?   2 weeks is a great achievement in my chart for any song really as the top spot normally changes frequently but not as much as it has been recently! Ooh snap! *.* Really instant for me too, the chorus is huge and great to sing along to, I hope it can be a big hit in time, even if it's like the Sucker for Pain to Ellie's Heathens (except much much better )The impact of Charlie getting another smash here my 2-sided chart x
