vote for your two least favourite eps and another two will go.

Deadline: Friday 30 August at 8pm

12. Playtest (6 votes | 17.14%)

Playtest takes a look at the world of virtual reality whilst paying homages to video games and the haunted house genre. It makes for a great premise, especially as the virtual reality feeds on your emotions and takes advantage of what you are scared of, a chilling thought. It is very atmospheric and I do like the double twist at the end but I feel this also causes the episode to lose a bit of focus and clarity.

13. Be Right Back (9 votes | 25.71%)

Be Right Back is another great concept as it looks at how technology and social media can alter what life after death actually means. Part of me would like to see a sequel to this episode with a different set of characters and one where someone's social media profile is even more jarring with their actual personality. It's fascinating looking into grief and the uncanny valley we continually tread towards as technology advances.

14. Crocodile (6 votes | 12.77%)
15. The National Anthem (9 votes | 19.15%)
16. Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too (6 votes | 15.79%)
17. Bandersnatch (7 votes | 18.42%)
18. Striking Vipers (5 votes | 12.50% / 14 votes (60.87%)
19. Smithereens (9 votes | 22.50%)
20. Arkangel (10 votes | 14.29%)
21. Men Against Fire (14 votes | 20.00%)
22. The Waldo Moment (8 votes | 13.79%)
23. Metalhead (11 votes | 18.97%)

Hated in the Nation
USS Callister

don't do this... why?

The Entire History Of You, and then to add a new one, Black Museum, it's a bit too much of a thematic mess overall.

Ooh this looks fun *. and I can't argue with the results so far so good stuff.

Gone with the same two Iz has, then it gets more difficult!

Fifteen Million Merits

Good concept - overly long and dull though

This is getting hard now! Black Museum is the only one that really sticks out to me as being weaker than the rest, but I went Fifteen Million Merits as the other one

TEHOY does not deserve this slander omfg

The Entire History of You and Shut Up and Dance... like them both though.

I agree that the different twists in Playtest made the episode lose focus, the second twist wasn't really necessary imo. I liked Be Right Back but I think they could have done more still with it - it's a great concept though.

I feel personally offended that someone voted for San Junipero. I'm going to find this nearly impossible over the next few rounds. Some of these are truly some of the best episodes of any show, ever.

Playtest over Fifteen Million Merits?! Wtf you guys. It's one of the absolute best and it's SO mind-boggling I can't believe y'all got rid of it.

Fifteen Million Merits is easily the weakest link here. Although I like the premise I think it was not executed well enough compared to the other episodes left.

I always see Playtest really low on rankings. I saw a fairly well respected publication putting it dead last. Madness. It's so underrated, I've never understood why people didn't love it.

I think I need to watch 15 Million Merits again. At the time I really loved it but I think that was partly because I wasn't amazed by The National Anthem so I could easily be overrating it because it was the episode that first got me hooked.

15 million merits suffers from underwhelming repeated viewings. At least that happened to me sad.gif It was one of my favourites at first..
