It's a British dark comedy series aired on Channel 4 last year but i haven't found anything in the TV shows forum so it's fair game and i'm putting the thread here~
Looks like SO much fun. Already on Netflix! This post has been edited by ionderella: Jan 5 2018, 09:18 AM |

I've just binged the first six episodes, this show is like a hidden gem honestly, I'm completely hooked :') Both Alyssa and James are amazing characters, they're so compelling to watch and they're dynamic together is really interesting, its 4am but i can't not finish this now
THAT ENDING NO!!! This better get another season |

Yeah I finished it the first day. It was so funny and characters are very likeable. I don't want the second season tbh, it ended perfectly and another season would ruin the story and most importantly not make sense.

Actually now you mention it, I'd agree probably, it's kind of similar to 13 Reasons Why in that respect. Ofc I'm curious to see what happens with James but that's about it, I'm not sure how they're going to progress it without it feeling overdone and tired. I feel like it could end up just be Alyssa trying to find him if he does get away and wasn't shot.
This actually could have maybe worked well as a full movie tbh |

This was such an amazing show!!! I want more, but I also agree that it could be ruined with another season. Either way, it was definitely a nice surprise to come across on Netflix.

I just finished this and THE ENDING HOLY SHIT, part of me really really wants a season 2 and I feel like there is ways it could happen and how they could carry on the story, but this season was honestly so perfect and I agree that a second season could ruin its greatness, but I need to know what happened to James :/

as if this would have got overlooked if it only stayed on All 4 |

I binged this yesterday, it was very good. Overrated, but very good.
So weird that it felt very American, but everything else about it was so British |

I believe this 6 part series was shown on Channel 4 late last year, did anyone see it? I recently caught up on it and loved it. I felt like it really developed as it went along and there were lots of interesting twists and turns. This post has been edited by Tawdry Hepburn: Mar 25 2018, 12:02 AM |

I actually watched it on C4 last year and thought "this is too good to be ignored " so I was over the moon when it was announced it would be shown on Netflix Such a brilliant, genuinely funny series. |
