As for the deductions, I reckon if you're prepared to accept the votes late then a deduction shouldn't be applied but again it is completely up to the host.

I'm sure UP results are starting after BJSC ones (which is SEMIFINAL results) anyway. And we can't really delay the BJSC Final because of Eurovision (what if Tom won't be able to do the results tomorrow too).
