The Lindsey Stirling track from Brave Enough that should have been sent was Prism. Or maybe Something Wild (or Hold My Heart even).

I am very interested to learn the results of my semi, in all honesty SO MANY entries sounded like probable DNQs that a good few of those are going to make it through and I'll be interested to see which ones. I'm not sure if I'm in or not (if my entry were in English I'd be feeling pretty safe but... it's not), I'll just hope it's gone well and if not, fine but people's tastes suck.

I'm absolutely expecting to DNQ this time (first time in a while actually, I'd kinda deluded myself about Achillea) so shall be pleasantly surprised if I do get through. C'mon my faves

Hoping ONUKA aren't kicked out by the deduction (and Frankie Animal too but they were probably not qualifying anyway :'()

Re: Lindsey Stirling, this Dobago entry felt really underwhelming because it just sounded like a Zedd song, barely any of Lindsey's identity showing at all she can be interesting if she wants to be. I actually think this was the better semi for her though, expecting she will make it.

I think I will be very much on the ropes in terms of whether I qualify or not. It went down well on plug, but whether it will get enough points across the board is the big question. If I do get in, I imagine there'll only be a few points in it.

Thanks for announcing me out early at least mdh! No surprise, 22nd is not too bad really! Looking forward to seeing who voted for it and I'm defo coming back for the final next month... (or not, as I have something else that's really not BJSC friendly at all lined up, unless it gets a lucky semi draw coming for that DNQ streak x)

I was starting to get a feeling about Land of DW making it! Yasss, super pleased about that *.* Also great to see St. Burbia and Alteria in but was pretty confident about both of those anyway (despite the DNQ predix for Alteria), and Sandebörg's was surprisingly really good too, one of their best entries, reminds me a bit of Mis-Teeq lol ~

Taahino I think woulda made it if they were in semi 2, this was a rough semi for them. Awww at N DNTN coming last but kinda saw it coming especially with the deduction and 29th is better than expected for Rolloland, one that nearly grabbed a point from me.

Yay! This seemed like a really good semi for Burial, I imagine that got a fair amount of medal positions. No surprises there with Ashton + glad Aeroche are through, if only for the sentiment behind the song (but it's a good tune too!)

In those cases I'd call a low qualifying threshold as points trended towards a few songs at the top then, so I'd actually expect quite the opposite! That's probably doomed me though.

Ahhhh, that's frustratingly close for Zanmatony my favourite discovery from this contest. It's not done badly for an 11 minute instrumental but still a bit gutting.

Bignia-Zaragovina making it is a nice surprise though!! Underrated song (not my fave ever but think it'll be a grower, and I guess it at least makes up for the flop of 'Fy Faen'). Other two Qs there were also gooduns.

Gutted for Zanmatony, gave them 7 and almost wish I'd put them at 10 or something, though no idea what would be knocked out in their place. Insanely high threshold and very unlucky.

Mezidinia deserved way better once again... not one I expected to be through again but last place really? D:

Deandria making it is a relief, and Fljótavík making it as well yay and Cor Lupus + Beaverdonia were also good. Was hoping East Rukahavian were gonna make it there but no surprise again still another good discovery for me.

I agree. Plug is only a small subsection and for the semis it's split between people who are in the semi and those who aren't making it tough to really gain a true picture of where you stand

let's also not forget that the plug reaction is usually biased against the 'pop hoe' tracks as the likes of Brade/Iz/Seven/Me are always there propping up the dance/indie.

Unovia extend their personal record once again, while Aeroche and Cor Lupus hit 10 in a row remaining their closest rivals (Cor Lupus also extending their personal record). Trifoski reach 9 in a row to match their personal record previously set in BJSCs 63-71. Ultraviolenceland and Oslol both set new national bests this time, not losing their streaks at their old records for a third time (like TARO Bellamia have done oops). Aelandor and Azure extend their first Q streaks to 4 in a row (it's the first time Aelandor have ~legitimately~ had 2 in a row... presumably ), Suedeonia reach 2 finals in a row for the first time as we already knew, Lotunia qualify again to keep a 100% qualification record 2 contests in and Alteria qualify again to match their streak of 1 (although it's 2 entries in a row from them to qualify, separated by a one month break).
