Anyone watching?! It's obviously a bit ropey/typical sitcom in places but it has a certain charm to it that I love. Max & Caroline have great chemistry together too, but personally for me, it is ALL about Sophie, she's hilarious!
I was in stitches when I watched this;
It's not even the joke I find funny, just Sophie's comic timing and the way she has the same blank expression on her face.
Yes, I've been religiously watching this every week. One of the few sitcoms I actually find funny.
This isn't the type of comedy I normally enjoy - it's all so smutty - but I love Kat Dennings and she really does keep bringing it.
I could personally do without Jennifer Coolidge doing her usual act, but each to his own.
This show is outstanding, it's perfect for my sense of humour. I worship at the altar of Kat Dennings.
I don't find it particularly laugh our loud funny but there are a few moments I chuckle at. I should really hate this, but I find the racial stereotypes amusing and I love perving on Beth Behrs.
Really?! I like Beth's character but I think she's really unattractive tbh.
Beth's stunning and Caroline is clearly the best thing about this. Max's constant hipster/vagina/penis jokes are so boring.
I think the ads they showed for this show portraye it in an awful light because I didn't find it REMOTELY funny. After watching that clip I have a bit more faith
Jennifer Coolidge
The most recent episode was really heartwarming. Max makes me cringe at times but I like how she stuck it to Johnny. I really felt for Caroline too ... wasn't overly huge on jokes but it kept a smile on my face.
I thought it was a great series finale. And I'm quite interested to see where the show will go in the next season.
(Although they will need to stop using so many penis/sex/come jokes - 3 per episode would be enough really)
Great episode but as far as season finale's go I was expecting a bit more.
I really enjoyed the finale, especially the bit where Martha was listening to Caroline talk about her. Didn't feel like a double episode which is a good sign in my book as I know a show isn't good or is feeling slow when I'm wondering how much longer is left.
It's not even the joke I find funny, just Sophie's comic timing and the way she has the same blank expression on her face.
Ohmygod, can these spammers f*** OFF.
Tell me about it. It's like a proper invasion.
All the pee jokes. I can't. I'm seriously dying with laughter.
All three episodes of season 2 have been amazing so far. It's up there with Parks & Rec and The Big Bang Theory as my favourite comedy right now.
this is CBS's biggest comedy atm right?
loving the season 2 so far too! especially the most recent episode!
2nd biggest after The Big Bang Theory.
On the scale on 1 to 10 you're an 8.
URINATE.
My season 1 DVDs arrived today Fucking love this show.
This week's episode has to be my favourite yet. I was crying at all the masturbation jokes and the guy is HAWT.
God YES. SO many jokes. Even though some of them were quite cheap and obvious, they were HILARIOUS.
I was genuinely in hysterics. They were very cheap, but SO funny.
All of Max's candy jokes. I think I actually died at one point!
When Max made the "gag reflex" joke it really felt like Kat Dennings had been improvising and it took Beth Behrs by such surprise that she couldn't respond for several seconds.
This show is just fantastic. The chemistry between the two actresses is brilliant and I'm always LOLing at some point of the episode.
This week was certainly a lot better than last week which was my least favourite of S2 so far, not the best either though. I've been watching the DVDs back and it seemed to get really good around episode six.
I thought I recognised the new guy! He was in Happy Endings.
My favourite episode so far this season. Love Max's crude jokes.
*.*
I'm not saying I'm that hot but I've never seen someone drop wood and get wood at the same time.
Now she has 5 pairs of underwear and hasn't done any laundry in 8 days.
INCREDIBLE.
They are really taking it to the next level with the jokes. The anal joke! *.*
2 broke girls is seriously the most hilarious tv show I've seen in so long. Any other fans out there?
YES. The other thread is http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=141774 btw. Along with The Big Bang Theory this is the show I've laughed at the most in the past year. Season 2 had some amazing episodes and guest stars (Caroline's Aunt ) and I look forward to seeing where season 3 takes them.
Max is life.
I bloody love it!!!!!
Sophie is brilliant t!!
I love this show, it's so hilarious. One of those you can watch over and over again.

So what are everyone's thoughts about the season 3 premiere? I'm starting to feel the decline as the jokes get repetitive and predictable (anal, oral, vagina, penis, height, sex jokes have already been used multiple time and they need something else now). They need a new big character really.
Ratings have dropped and I don't think it will survive to see season 5 (surely season 4 is likely to happen?) but who knows.
Oh is it online? I've not seen it yet, surely it can't be that bad though? It woukd be great if Max has a brother that we've not seen yet or maybe if Caroline had a really sweet sister or something? Something in ddirect contrast to what THEY are anyway
OkI seriously love 2 broke girls!! I forgot just how much though until just now!! Watching it on E4!! It's just so OMG amazing!'
I think it's been steadily improving since the premiere again. Episode 3 was so cute, I hope the cat becomes a regular like Chestnut was in the beginning.
So last episode was the funniest in an absolute AGE. One of my favourites
CAKE FRIES!!
Oh my god that fish tank scene at the end.
Love how they suddenly started whipping out cameos right left and centre! Who's next? Oprah?
I'm so behind on this! Can't wait to watch the season 3 DVD tho. Kat Dennings is just a god
Finally started watching season 3. Love this show!
I would go straight for Kat Dennings tbh
Ive been re-watching this and I still love it SO much. Max and Caroline have undeniable chemistry together and Sophie is amazing.
The racial stereotypes are a bit much at times, and Oleg is vile but it's just one of those shows that is so easy to watch and is genuinely hilarious. I always loved how it felt somewhat relatable, Max especially.
