"No, No, No" - Destiny's Child's debut single was released twenty years ago today in the US. It charted at #3 there and #5 in the UK when it was released in March 1998. It began a run of 12 non-consecutive top ten singles in the UK, while in the US it was their first of 10 top tens.
It's such an incredible debut single although it definitely feels a bit overlooked when talking about DC's back catalogue but they gave us SO many huge and iconic songs between 1997 and 2001 (and then again in 2004), it is easy to forget.
Crazy to say that Bey (and Kelly and Michelle) are about to enter their third decade in the music business! And they're still only 36 and 37!

Bey is nominated (with Jay) for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 2018 Grammys for "Family Feud". It's her only nom this year and they're up against Kendrick/Rihanna and SZA/Travis Scott and two other songs that I've never heard of. Rooting for the Carters even though I don't like the song to increase Bey's overall Grammys

Was trying to think of a Beyonce Greatest Hits tracklist (which I might post in this AF after ) and had an idea that Beyonce & Jay-Z could release a joint project to coincide with their 10th wedding anniversary. Featuring hits like Crazy in Love, Deja Vu, Drunk in Love, 03 Bonnie & Clyde, Part II (On the Run), Shining (maybe) as well as some other songs they have done/could do together! Maybe even exclusive remixes/guest verses on each others songs, like Jay-Z showing up on Die For You to be re-released as a lead single for it Far-fetched but amazing

Yasmeen Hassan, from campaign group Equality Now, told The Sunday Times: "Beyonce has put herself forward as a women's rights activist. She and her team need to look closely at these allegations."
Another activist, Nimco Ali, said: "Beyonce should say 'I don't want to work with Philip Green'." Green was named last week as the businessman involved in allegations of inappropriate conduct and non-disclosure agreements.
Green strongly denied this and claimed that he had suffered "the worst week of my life". He was also last week identified as the man who had taken out an injunction preventing publication of allegations about harassing staff - which too he denied.

She shouldn't be pressurised to do anything until he is found guilty. It's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty not guilty until proven innocent!?
I don't think the media should be allowed to report anything until a guilty verdict, I'm not saying Phillip Green is innocent by any means, looks like there is alot of evidence to suggest he isn't, however many others are found to be innocent but their careers, reputations, mental health is ruined because they were hung out to dry by the press. It's so wrong.

She'd already received a lot of flak for the partnership anyway, and not just because it was with Philip Green. She made the right move dropping him
