 07. Toad | 6 votes, 28.57%  We now lose Toad the humongous headed, high-pitched shrieking mushroom. A long term protector and steward of Princess Peach and all round nice guy, he means well but doesn't really DO much. He is playable in many of the spin-off games and even features as a main playable protagonist in some games. There are hundreds of lookalikes and an elder Toadsworth who all vow to protect the princess! ~ Closing Sunday. |

Also I feel most people are ONLY voting based on Mario Kart lmao (which is fine I guess but still a bit :eyes: worthy). But Mario is the most iconic gaming character ever and he hasn't got there by being basic!!!1 Yeah he's basic on Smash Bros and Mario Kart but as a playable protagonist he's the best there has ever been

Aww, Toad is a right cutie and also second best playable MarioKart character (behind Yoshi, ofc!). Gone for Bowser because not so keen on the baddies naturally
 Mario is a bit dull though so he'd probably be my second choice! |
