Literally me as it just dawned on me that some of my flop faves, with actual hits and ability to hold a note, can barely find funding to release a "buzz" single and this bint actually gets a million pound record deal where she'll likely sing horrible autotuned versions of musicals:

You'd have thought that record labels had long since left their ability to not sign up total shit of the highest order just because the person 'singing' it is well known to some degree to get the coin in the 90s and 00s, but noooo. Hence why Q4 every year is now a minefield without knowing who else is going to spring some dire album of covers on us, whether it's her or Nick Knowles or someone else who should be seen and not heard. I swear to God if Danny Dyer is next doing a swing classics albums on Decca or something I will scream. |
