I think this might actually be the 1st Family Fortunes/Pointless I've ever done in the movies forum! (I might have done one here but not sure, definitely done other across the forum though including the Lounge and Rihanna forums)! This time we are having a Pointless after having quite a few Family Fortunes in a row!
The rules are simple as usual, answer the questions and PM me (Ultraviolence1989) your answers on what you think the most obscure answers that are correct are! Remember wrong answers cost you significantly here unlike in family fortunes.
This round will be an Oscars special to coincide with the Oscars being in a couple of weeks, hope you enjoy and please enter Preliminary Deadline is: 16/2/16 But I might move the deadline forward a couple of days (I'm sorting out what I'm doing in my half term tomorrow so deadline will be based on when I'm free) so try and get them in as soon as possible!


Remember all these questions are about Oscars
1. Name an actress who has received 6 or more Oscar nominations.
2. Name a winner at the first Oscars (1929).
3. Name an actor or actress who has been nominated twice for playing the same character.
4. Name an Oscar host who has hosted the Oscars 3 or more times.
5. Name a best animated feature winner.
6. Name an original song that was nominated at both the Oscars and the Golden Globes this decade.
7. Name a shock best picture winner that won in this millennium.
*8. Name A Movie That You Think/Has Been Nominated For Best Picture in our Buzzjack Movie Awards 2016*
9. Name an actor that has won Best Actor under the age of 35 and also include what movie it was for.
10. Name a movie that was nominated for Best Picture in 2010 (So the movies released in 2009)

BONUS: 11. A bit less Oscar related, name an actor or actress that would draw me to watch a movie!

*8. I know this hasn't been announced yet so it is more guess work, nominees will be announced on Saturday as deadline is Friday so you can wait till then to see the actual list but it is more fun guessing!

Yeah - could maybe be reworded as "for playing the same character"? If I've understood correctly.



Also not sure how you're gonna judge what's correct or incorrect for this? Seems kinda subjective.

I've changed the wording of question 3, sorry for making it that confusing Also #7 I'll be lenient on unless you give like a movie that won all the precursors and was heavily expected to win Best Picture (e.g. I wouldn't accept something like Slumdog Millionaire).

Was thinking of maybe delaying this a couple of days but I'm satisfied with the amount of entries so you have 5 and a 1/2 hours to submit answers till deadline!
