But I think generally, where I've picked 2018, they're doing it by a more comfortable margin (Australia, Czech Republic, Finland, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden) and where I've chosen 2017, there are more cases of it being very very tight (Macedonia and Israel in particular, but Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, France and Switzerland all apply)
