so since we got our own subforum I think wew should make it a rule that every country should have only one National thread, and the country leader can updated that thread with every info about the country, their entries or maybe National Final for each edition of BJSC for National Final I sudjest you to use poll votes or if u prefer votes via PM to you by other members...
I think mods can actually edit delete polls here too, right so are we ok with this ? |

Sounds like a good idea to me! Don't want it getting too cluttered

I'm not currently in contest (I will next time), but I have a suggestion.
I believe that ESC Nation added an option to their "ScoreWiz" feature where you can post a link in a forum and have countries vote independently. This would quickly and efficiently add the points and then we could have an electronic scoreboard. Obviously, the votes could also be inserted independently by the host country, but this would be tedious and probably take quite a bit of time. |

Just had a quick look at this, and it looks really good Please say we're going to use this |

I've got one suggestion,
Just in case if some member decides to jack it in, you could still have members apply for this competition and use them as backups. As I said its only a suggestion. |

TBH there's not really much to jack in This is hardly much of a commitment, you just come up with a song and then vote for 10 countries!

I think we will, as Tyron said, reopen the sign up thread for new countries after we start the 1st edition of the contest tomorrow night hopefully
se we gonna start with 24 countries and you all can see how this works and we gonna keep on growing with every next edition I hope! I'm allready working on the Contest presentation for tomorrow and MK Boy agreed to make a recapitulation video for it and I hope all of the signed countries gonna send their entry info's untill the deadline which is it I repeat Sunday Noon (UK Time) |

1 - You may not use the same artist/related artist within three contests (example - if someone used the Spice Girls in Contest #1, they wouldn't be able to use Geri Halliwell in #2 or #3 but would be allowed to use her in #4 - the same applies to all other members/ex-members and the group obviously )
2 - Evidence of vote-swapping should be punished with the votes of the offending countries being discarded and disqualification from the following contest.# Discuss |

If we have a semi-final, the semi-finalists shouldn't be allowed to vote like in the ESC. It was great the way it was this time!

hmmm I don't think there should be any artist kept off for 3 editions if they were used before...this is a SONG contetst so what's matters the most is the SONG IMO
and for the voting every participating country (if we have semi final next time) should vote in the final even though if the country does not qualify.... since that country participated in the contest - the country votes must be counted but let's see what the majority thinks |

I think semi-final votes should be counted, but I do also think there should be a limit so people don't just do the same artist everytime because they know that's what BJ likes...perhaps restrict them from doing the same artist for the next contest?
