Obviously no evidence for this but do you think we will get new Gaga music this year? Will she be able to record and release after filming Joker and before the Joker soundtrack comes? |

It would make sense tbh, late this year or early next as the the new movie comes out in autumn 2024. So yeah, she will surely be in studio after the movie is done.

Yes definitely need a studio album between now and the Joker soundtrack being released! Q4 2023 would be perfect.

I also think she'll aim at early 2024 release and then perhaps a tour or some festivals during the summer? Glastonbury? One can HOPE!

She isn't the Spice Girls, recording throwaway Forever in a couple weeks

Excited to see that she’s in the studio but I don’t think an album is coming this year. She’ll probably start the promo rollout for the album this year with the lead single coming later this year but the album won’t come until probably Q2 2024
Maybe she’s also doing stuff for Joker soundtrack? |

Considering that the film's soundtrack will be mostly jazz and that its biggest inspiration will be the Cabaret soundtrack, she shouldn't waste a year making it.
If it's jazz, it won't make any noise on the charts, as pure sales are dead and critical acclaim isn't certain, and without commercial success, the chances of a single from the soundtrack having award-winning success are low, as the film is a blockbuster and not an indie film. She must wake up and realize that this is 2023 and not 1973, the industry is different. |

Lead single in September and album in October would be good and she's done that several times in the past, and I hope she does. However, lead single in Jan 2024 and album in Q1 2024 would be better as the Christmas flood would have already dropped off the charts, look at Miley, it worked out really well for her.

I'm thinking a bit of a break and then we'll get some report of her being in the studio around the middle of summer
or she's probably been at the studio already recording something for Joker |
