Oh of course. I was thinking about who would do well here and I came up with a top 3 of Mei Finegold, Conchita, and Donatan & Cleo completely forgetting about HER.

Now that I think about it some more Molly and Valentina are blatantly going to do well here too.

I actually think a top three of UK/Israel/Sweden is more likely. I doubt Sanna will be a resounding winner given how divisive Undo is amongst the fanbase...

I'd say the UK will win this. It's generally similar to this poll... Take a look at the latest results! 😂😂😂

Will be interesting to see who wins this. Most online polls just seem to be hijacked by people from certain countries mass voting for themselves so you can never be sure what's reliable. I'm curious to see if this love for Armenia is real or not - if it does win the contest off a minute of dubstep I shan't be happy haha the link above seems to be a molly landslide - but I wonder if it's just uk people mass voting and pretending to be in different countries haha

The OGAE poll rarely tells you anything you won't find already on a forum populated by fans. For that reason, it rarely has much to do with the final result. Armenia could end up winning or flopping in the real contest, but how it does in this poll won't tell us much (unless it wins by a landslide). The only thing that acts as a general principle is that the winner will normally be in the top ten in the OGAE poll, but that kind of goes without saying given to win it'll need to be an accessible and memorable pop song - and it's rare for one of those to not make the top ten in a fan poll if it's strong enough to win a whole song contest.

(I should also add here that this is my prediction in order. The UK tends to do really well in these sorts of polls when we make an effort - it's odd how we have so much goodwill as a country amongst fans given we rarely try, as I'd say both Jade and Blue overperformed in the fan polls compared with what they probably deserved in their field of competition.)

Yep totally!
Fan wise I think it'll be sweden / UK / Israel or maybe Armenia if it's not just Armenians spamming the internet ;p

I won't add those votes to the leaderboard yet as last year I remember OGAE Belarus were the first to vote and then it was revealed they were just part of OGAE Rest of the World instead for some reason. Interesting votes though, great start for Molly!

Belarus are just a candidate member aren't they? So they like to think they're a full part of OGAE but they're really not. As far as I can tell.

I'll start adding the results to the scoreboard when they are officially confirmed on the OGAE website. The poll isn't officially open yet but should be open this week going by last year's opening date which means we should get confirmation of these results announced so far!

Actually I can't wait so I'll add the votes from OGAE France and OGAE Bulgaria which have just been announced on their own website and can be seen below. I assume OGAE Belarus are not a full member like last year and therefore won't have their votes counted as an individual fan club.

OGAE Bulgaria
12 points: Sweden
10 points: United Kingdom
8 points: Austria
7 points: Hungary
6 points: Russia
5 points: Belgium
4 points: Armenia
3 points: Greece
2 points: Estonia
1 point: F.Y.R. Macedonia
