Thank you all for submitting your entries to Perseventyfive™. It is now time for the GRAND REVEAL. Starting from 9pm and lasting until about 10pm, the countryballs will march in in alphabetical order by artist (with Persephoniaball customarily coming in last).
This thread will give a little bit of background info on the artists (the BARE MINIMUM tho, not going into great detail researching 71 different artists okay) including revealing who's decided to be a recycling hoe this month and what past performance they are aiming to beat ~
Due to last minute veto dramas Yehesiball will not be attending the parade for now. However, Yehesi's participation in the contest is still guaranteed, their new song will be added into the semi-finals once it is received.

- Album did quite well in 2000 (#4 in NZ)
Their success was in the year 2000 so they don't pick up any points from the pre-2000 clause. If it wasn't for Pitchfork it'd be nil point on the framework.

Oh my, opening the semis, not sure how I feel about that, I like to hope that doesn't mean everyone will forget it thanks to the large number of songs! I have no idea what to expect for this nor who it will appeal so I only hope you all find this as instantly infectious as I do. I know nothing else so far so hurrah for all those vetoes I say!
(though I must admit Semi 2 is increasingly looking like the more friendly semi for my song, ugh)
