I'm sensing another Kygo x OneRepublic collab, but if it isn't, I'm sure they'll be doing another one for Kygo's new album after Thrill of the Chase flopped really hard.

It would be a busy time for OneRepublic in the dance world if so! They have collabs with David Guetta & MEDUZA releasing in the next month or so. |

Oh, this one actually features Zak Abel. He commented on Kygo's last reel with emojis, while Kygo have already premiered it at one of his liveset. Probably titled For Life / Love You For Life:
Yeah, it's quite weak, but the piano part after vocal chops is decent. |

On paper, it doesn’t sound like something destined for a Top 40 hit.

I think all these dance producers are competing with each other for who can make the worst song using a sample of a popular song from the early 2000s

Modjo did it better Saying that, this is better than Whatever Lady (Hear Me Tonight) is an absolute classic, imo it’s one of those songs that won’t ever be improved on by any remix/sample I do like Whatever though but part of that is probably my indifference for Shakira. Her song is fine but it’s not something I’d ever choose to listen to by her (that spot is probably only reserved for Hips Don’t Lie). Both songs are okay but equally nothing special for me |

would be ironic if he puts out a self titled album with all its singles having obvious interpolations
not feeling this new one, the Modjo interpolation doesn't really work for it |
