So, the rumour is that he has a new song out this Friday and he's apparently worked with legit Pop God, MAX FRICKING MARTIN!!!!!!!

I AM SO HERE FOR THIS.

Even if it is just for the 'Trolls' movie (no official confirmation, but it's the most likely option), I really want another pop masterpiece please.

The Popjustice article has me so pumped!

QUOTE
Former scatter cushion designer and actor Justin ‘JT’ Timberlake will release a new single on Friday that’s definitely called ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling’ and is potentially a Max Martin collaboration.

First there was this tweet to announce the release date:
*see article*

Then this one when someone asked what it was called:
*see article*

The rumour about Max Martin comes from this Hits Daily Double article from last week, which also suggests the new song is from the soundtrack to Timberlake’s forthcoming Trolls film.

It also says a full album will be out in Q4, which would be perfect really. Just the ten tracks this time though, please, Timbo.
New album is happening this year apparently, too! dance.gif

Wow, wasn't expecting new material so soon! So ready for this though.
The 20/20 Experience (pt 1 especially) was insanely good.

This is indeed for the Trolls movie, not his album. There's a clip on his twitter but you can't really tell much from it, I think it's like 5 seconds of the intro laugh.gif

Bit disappointed in this. It's good enough but it's like a standard Olly Murs album track really.

Yeah this really isn't the sort of music I want JT to be making...
Okay for a soundtrack though I guess.

I love it as a soubdtrack song, but agreed with the general consensus that I don't particulalrly want him doing this sound again for album 4. But as a song itself, it's very good!

Maybe it's the weather or the fact I'm in a good mood, but I really like this on first listen. Obviously it's fairly throwaway and not the best he could do, but for a film soundtrack and the time of year, it's pretty great. Nice to see a reminder he hasn't disappeared anyway!

Listened to this for the first time following that news and I really like it, very very good for a soundtrack single! Very uplifting and sure to be a big summer hit, it's probably my favourite song of his since his comeback - probably one of my favourites ever as I've never been a massive Justin fan but I really like this! biggrin.gif

Amazing. This year's been "ok" for entrants, but for the first time ever, the interval has my undivided attention *.*

I might prefer this to some of The 20/20 Experience, oops. It was SO perfect to listen to in the sun today when I was hard at work not doing my work.

This is a little too basic for me. I feel like most of the success behind this is very 'it's JT'. I mean, it's far from bad, but if Britney releases something to this level later this month it'd tumble down the charts super fast.

VERY random that he's performing at Eurovision!

He's filming the official video to this. Which is cool, considering I thought that the video he posted was being used as the actual video!
