Zedd previewed his new single on his Instagram stories and it seems that it features female vocals. As a consequence, it could be either "The Middle", "Are You Happy Now" or a new one.

Maren sounds great as always but she doesn't have that magic that she has in her own little rhythmic country space, this is legit just Stay part 2

This is brilliant!!! Maren sounds brilliant and the melodies are superb. Production isn't anything new but that's not such a problem.
Yeah this is way too similar to Stay, Maren is amazing as usual so it's a shame the track is so...unoriginal.
BUT they are performing this at the Grammys Sunday so I'm excited for that!!

I adore both Anne-Marie and Bebe but Maren sounds absolutely *brilliant* on this, I think she fits it perfectly! A left-field but superb choice.
Bebe's voice has always sounded shit to my ears - glad it was Maren on this. however, doesn't mean this isn't generic tripe

As for my opinion on this song, from what I've heard it's truly awful and I can't bring myself to listen to it in full.
t's shaping up to be huge in the US, just cos of that, I think it's gonna do well in the UK, better than Get low for sure
personally I don't like it much, find the rhyme middle/little/middle/middle very lazy and repetitive, sure they could have found better lyrics
It's pretty average. I did do a 180 with Stay but just can't see the same happening with this.
This will be much bigger than Get Low.
Just listened to this again, it does really sound like "Stay". I miss the "Clarity" and "Stay The Night" days 
I think I'm in the minority who doesn't care for Clarity much - it's just very average and Stay the Night got boring after a few plays oops. Give me this Zedd any day!

Each to their own but I genuinely cannot even remotely fathom how on EARTH anyone could think this generic pile of average is even a tiny bit better than the soaring brilliance of Clarity
Generic it may be, but The Middle is catchy, more memorable and has better vocals compared to Clarity, which I have given plenty of time and plays but has never grabbed me unfortunately.

The Middle is indeed a rehash of general Zedd/the sound of 2017 and is rather basic BUT Maren's bring such a warmth to the melody, making the song is very catchy and memorable.

Oh I forgot about I Want You To Know and Starving Well not forgot about Starving but I totally forgot it was his! I tend to like his songs but not go back to them that much, apart from Clarity, IWYTK and Starving. Stay and this are his worst two because I'm really over this generic future bass "trend", which is a shame because I love Alessia and Maren is one of my fave country artists, so if they'd been on old Zedd songs they'd probably be among my faves of his.
Despite it being generic as hell, I do like 'Starving' quite a bit, it just has the edge over similarly generic songs of his. 'Clarity' is clearly his best though.
