Sorry but did anyone else even notice this happened??!!?!

In April this year Billie Joe Armstrong debuted his own side project The Longshot along with a full tour to support the album Love Is For Losers. A full album plus 4 EPs are on Spotify right now. It reminds me a bit of the trilogy albums but feels less forced and more like Billie Joe is having fun which is a great sign. Recorded sometime after 2016's Revolution Radio and presumably by himself as his son Joey is the only other credited artist to the band as he played drums in Happiness

I was just listened to Revolution Radio last week and wondering how long the wait until the next album would be. Last year Green Day released a GH so based on that alone I'd think another couple of years at least, but The Longshot combined with the American Idiot film adaptation which is apparently still in the making should hopefully tide me over *.*
