The album will be released on November 11th. "Hurts", the first single which premiered today and is a soul pop stomper is on iTunes & Spotify. How much do we predict her album will sell in the first week? It was reported that she didn't release last year so she wouldn't get overshadowed by Adele. I think 80K+ is a lock considering the time of the year she's releasing. Hoping for more though since she's following a 2 million selling debut album. Best time of year to release, mid Nov. so I'll say 98k but a lot more sold up to Christmas.

I went for 100K+, it should easily do that - especially if there's an XFactor performance a week before the release!

I put 80-90k. I know her last album sold 2m in the UK but the album market has declined a lot since 2012 and I think she's more likely to have her highest sales week some time after the first week of release.

I suspect it will under perform and may struggle to sell over 50k in the first week.

I hope that this era can go well, and reckon that the label/the media will be doing everything to support. Going to say between 100-150k!

~80k, with the inevitable slew of promotional appearances, but it could go either way tbh~

I'm thinkimg around 80-100k.
I think Buble's new album will be the biggest winner of Q4 in terms of sales, though with good promotion she should still sell well. |

I have no idea but I can see it underperforming somewhat in comparison to what people here expect. I'd say 40 - 60k.

His last couple after the Christmas ones haven't sold in huge numbers. Not like Crazy Love or Christmas. I think Elvis with the RPO will outsell him tbh. Who? Well Olly Murs for one, "24 Hrs" is out that week. Busted, Sting and Metallica also have new albums out as well. Having just heard "Hurts" on Radio 2 I get the distinct impression it'll never be off the radio until this time next year. Then again I thought that when Duffy came back with "Well Well Well" in 2010. I'd hazard a guess therefore that this will be number 1 and open on a figure somewhere around the 100k mark given how huge the first album was (much as I'd prefer Olly to get it). |

I think some people are underestimating this. Time of year coupled with inevitable X Factor performance should see this between 90-100k at least.
