Lowkey hoping this can get Owen Wilson some awards recognition.

What a lovely trailer.

I love good coming-of-age sort of stories and this seems to be quite different in that respect. wub.gif

This ended up being one of the best movies of the year for me. It just carries such a good message without feeling too preachy and I liked how it gave focus to a few different characters.

I've read the book, its well written with quite a bit of humour to it, the book will have you in tears as well, love to see how the book was adapted to the big screen.

Same!! I've never cried more at a movie in my entire life drama.gif cry.gif

There were just so many moments that hit me. My heart was ripped to shreds when he walked in on his best friend saying he would kill himself if he looked like Auggie. I'm glad it had an uplifting ending and ended up being a really heart-warming story. I was crying tears of happiness at times too, especially when Julia Roberts was talking to him one on one, she really delivered every facial expression and word note perfectly. Jacob Tremblay is SO incredibly talented for his age too, can't wait to see what he does next.
