Hi Dexton!
Ooh Hilltop Hoods have a new one out Leave Me Lonely isn't really my thing sorry, sounds a bit to Eminem-y for me I see a few Clean Bandit tracks entering, Nowhere is one of my favourites from the album tracks but I also like Should've Known Better and In Us I Believe Heard the new Ronson/Miley one on the radio this morning, was pleasantly surprised! Sounds a bit like something from a year or so ago which is nice to hear. Great chart |

Hello Dexton!
Great to see "Thank U, Next" at #1, as well as the Clean Bandit debuts and the debuts for "Play" and "Nothing Breaks Like A Heart"! Great chart! |

Leave Me Only will probably last longer here than Clark Griswold tbh, although whether it can get to #1 is yet to be seen Ariana has a tight hold right now and I'm not even sure if George Ezra will be able to overtake her this year Should've Known Better is pretty good but In Us I Believe I'm not a fan of I'm afraid It's odd because Alma got quite a few top 10 hits here last year (only like 2 but still) and since I've completely gone off her voice... Nowhere is definitely my fav AT so far Ronson/Miley was not what I was expecting but I kinda like it, I don't really see it being a huge hit like others on BJ have said though but hopefully I'll be proved wrong! Thanks for commenting! Hello Dexton! Great to see "Thank U, Next" at #1, as well as the Clean Bandit debuts and the debuts for "Play" and "Nothing Breaks Like A Heart"! Great chart! Hey sergej! Ariana's video of the year greatly helped it's climb *.* Although tbf she was coming for the #1 this week anyway I think Play is kinda Jax Jones by numbers at this point but I'm enjoying it so far, should be yet another top 10 hit for him in the new year! Thanks for commenting! |

Also I'm flying through my Top 151 songs of 2017 here if anyone wants to take a peek, top 20 will be starting tomorrow (and will be much more detailed than it has been so far)
Hopefully my 2018 End of Year chart will then start in between Boxing Day & New Years (since my last chart of the year will be on the 25th) This post has been edited by DexTheHalls: 5th December 2018, 02:13 PM |

Hey Dexton!
I can't really get into 'Thank U, Next', I know I'm in the minority but I just find it such a non-song. 'No Tears' was SO much more deserving of a #1 Elsewhere it's great to see 'Hold My Girl' climbing up the Top 10, George has picked the singles spot on this era. I wonder what he'll push next? Good to see 'Nowhere' enter, it's definitely one of my highlights of the album (that key change though ) - I saw your comment on another thread about that flute sound, I think it's great! My other highlight from the album is '24 Hours' but no one seems to be talking about that Mark & Miley only entering at #50? hoping to see a massive climb next week, what a song! I'm pretty confident it will be No. 1 in the new year. I'd quite like it to be Xmas #1 because I put some money on it the day it came out, but I'm not sure it will make it that quickly. Great stuff as per |

Great stuff as per Hey Mango! thank u, next has been the song thats taken the longest to grow on me from her singles this year (obviously looking at the chart run ) but Im loving it now! NTLTC deserved to go #1 as wel though - at least it managed it here in Aus! I can see Pretty Shining People or maybe Getaway being the next singles? Theres only 1-2 songs I wouldnt want to get the single treatment tbh its an amazing album Nowhere is a great album track amongst quite a few duds tbh, 24 Hours is decent but Yasmin kinda gets drowned out by all the big names on the album Mark & Miley would be a welcome #1 officially but I reckon itll spend a couple of weeks at #2 with that being its peak. I hope Im wrong just so Miley can get another #1 after a fairly floppy era last year - similar to Lady Gagas #1 in Shallow I suppose Thanks for commenting! |
