The centre-left Labour Party have apparently suffered the largest loss in Dutch election history if the opinion polls are to be believed, slumping from 38 seats in 2012 to just 9 in the exit polls, and many of the other left-leaning parties have suffered losses, so although Legohair's lot didn't make much gains overall, it does represent a rightward shift for the Netherlands. Wow. I doubt even the GB Labour party hosting an annual summer coup are capable of haemorrhaging 75% of their seats in one election cycle. |

Depends how you count SLab's implosion in 2015. 44 to 1 is a 90%+ wipe out.

It's almost 3 months after the elections and we still have no government. I see a minority coalition happening if they fail to get together the coalition of VVD,CDA,D66 and GroenLinks.

You're speaking a little too soon. I genuinely wouldn't rule it out if Jeremy Corbyn sticks around for an election campaign. Oh Qassannndraaaaa!!! Remember when you and other Labour elite establishment (like Soy Adeian) LAUGHED at me for saying CORBYN would get out the young vote and non voters?? Weeeellll there are now WHOLE ARTICLES of SURPRISED (see out of touch - I knew what was goin on from Spain and hidden away in the North East corners) commentators about how he did just that. Yup. |

I wasn't aware I was so high up in the party, someone should have told me.
