James has just announced SYRO, his first Aphex Twin LP since 2001's Drukqs. It was announced via Tor, the deep web browser typically used for the internet's shadier pursuits. This morning, James tweeted a URL that only works with the Tor browser. The link revealed the above image, as well as what appears to be a tracklist. You can look at that below. We can confirm that all of this information: the image, the album title, and the tracklist, are all real and official. Back in 2011, James premiered new music in Poland. a beaut and a total grower i'm sure. actually sounds REALLY quintessential aphex twin... which i don't know is a great move or quite disappointing in the scheme of things but its a brilliant track nonetheless!

the designer's republic are incredible when it comes to artwork. studied them extensively in school and they really are the most creative out there for music packaging imo

XMAS_EVET10 and CIRCLONT6A are highlights so far <3 (those titles are going to be a BITCH to type haaa) p4k's 10.0 and album of the year I can already see it |
