It would be great to get FilmClub re-going again! What day should we do weekly and after we've decided what day, can we have volunteers for hosts for each week as I won't be able to host it most weeks!

Saaaame. I have only been to about 2 film clubs so im not too familiar with how to host this, so once Ive got used to it, I'm sure I could host. But might leave it a couple of months first. Bit until then, I will catch as much as I can. I really enjoyed the sessions I did attend!!

Edit: In fact on Saturday night, I'll attempt to host Spiceworld the movie (as a side thing) and if that goes well I'll consider hosting an actual film club event

Yas would be so up for this, I might be able to host one but I don't know when yet, probably a weekend or something would work better.

Ok I'm not 100% on this but I think I can host one tomorrow, call it 8:30pm provisionally, is that good for anyone?

I'm thinking Bee Movie, it has to happen.

(ETA: Can also do Tuesday if that's better, similar time.)

Ok it obviously didn't work out, largely because of BJSC results but still #flopJacob.

I still want to do this, maybe I'll post something about it in the lounge and see what kind of interest it picks up and what times are good for people.

Let us know what you think to 'Friend Request'! I really enjoyed it. Hope you guys do too! It's nothing "amazing", but it's a lot better than people suggest it is.

Can we please do 'My Neighbor Totoro' at some point?

I didn't really enjoy it that much tbh Very 5/10 in every way for me.

The next FilmClub will be happening next Monday and the poll will be going up v. soon (it will include Totoro!). Go comment in the animation/horror countdown threads and the more comments, the quicker the poll goes up!!
