Just taking over from our regular Soundclash guy Cqmerqn while he's away 
Here's how it works, we will pit two chart/popular songs against each other, members of Buzzjack get to vote for their favourite out of the two and the winner advances to the next round in another dual, and it'll keep going until it's kicked out and replaced with another song etc..
Each round will be open for at least 48 hours. Don't forget, vote for your favourite and if there is a song you're not familiar with, the YT links are there for a reason The winner of Soundclash will have the most round wins!

It pains me a bit as a huge Taylor stan, but her new single is a massive disappointment compared to Katy really stepping up her game following Witness

I feel like Katy is going to keep winning until soundclash ends, this seems to be the most loved song on the site this year.
Anyway, has to be Katy for this one.

Katy had some close competition with Mark Ronson/Camila Cabello and Sigala/Becky Hill, but yeah, I suspect she'll continue to win

You Need To Calm Down is a big step up from 'Me!', so I'm glad it's an improvement after such a widely disliked song (I was nervous!). But Katy has one of the best pop singles of the year.
