Amazing song TBH...I know it's all generic etc etc but at least they aren't sending folk which would be disaster if you ask me.

Folk is ALWAYS a better thing for me, even if i don't like the song. This is the follower of last year's Romanian entry which I found more than hideous. :puke:

Please send folk/creative entries everybody. :(

you don't deserve to listen atrocious albanian folk ...trust me this time.

I hate russian folk either so i think this is normal to hate your own country's music :heehee:

If you think that, strange that I don't love this, as "The Balkan Girls" was at least in my top 5

I really like Albania this year, but they would have topped my list if they kept the song in Albanian. I think Albanian sounds quite nice. :o

The Balkan Girls is AMAZING! One of my favourites from 2009, one year on. :D

I never found The Balkan Girls anything more than 'slightly above average'. The same can be said about this Albanian entry for me.
It's sad that Albania and Bosnia & Herzegovina broke their recent tradition and sent english versions of their entries. However Greece, Finland, Bulgaria and Switzerland are back to their native languages which always a bonus for me

but asaik albania has sent songs in their native language only twice since their debut...2006 and 2007

I quite liked The Balkan Girls, but I didn't quite understand why they liked to party in a forest.

Liking the Albanian entry this year, have liked all their female entrants, but for me they haven't topped their debut

Olta sang in albanian back in 2008. But yeah, 'Më merr në ëndërr' was translated :drama:

I liked them both insanely though, they had traditional notes

I thought Olta was in 2007 ...I can't recall who the hell was representing Albania in 2007 now?

Agreed, The Image Of You was brilliant - reminds me of college days along with the Andorran entry from that year Jugarem A Estimar Nos

Some old guy singing Hear My Plea. Sarah Cawood described it as a focking horror show iirc

Their debut was perfect for ESC at that time...but I prefer Ledina ...even though lyrics were too stupid for the europe to understand...I bet people were saying 'people get married...so?' :heehee:

Frederik Ndoci

Didn't like him much tbh. Luiz Ejlli was  though!
