I can't wait for this season though. I'm so intrigued as to what's going to happen next and I hope they finally introduce Meredith. |

I heard somewhere that a character called Meridith was entering in the second season....is this true? I saw this person in the books (I just started reading the first book.....but it's hard to get into
 )

Some spoilers from E News:
In season 2, the Stefan/Elena/Damon will evolve into a Stefan/Katherine/Elena/Damon quadrangle and surprisingly it will be Stefan, NOT Damon, who will be the most affected by Katherine's return: it will turn out he's not as over her as he thought he was. Elena will come to come to terms with the fact that she may have developped feelings that are more than friendly towards Damon. Damon, on the other hand, will be busy devising a plan with the Council of the Founding Fathers to take down Katherine. And yes, werewolves will be introduced next season and one of them (probably Tyler?) will connect with a certain witch (Bonnie?) while trying to deal with how to cope with their supernatural abilities. |

 As if they mentioned the boys getting topless in the official statement teaser thing! Looking forward to it though, although I've only seen 2 episodes of season 1. I need to get on it

Well they need to keep that part of the fanbase pleased
Can't wait really, S1 was just amazing. I trust the writers. Although I really hope the freaking triangle gone rectangle doesnt take up too much screentime |

Come on this is the network that cancels shows like Veronica Mars with a strong, independent, female role model [and the amazing 'I would go straight for her' Kristen Bell] and lets trash like 90210 run way past its sell by date.I think it's safe to say by now that the books are nothing like the TV series but it would be nice to have Meredith included and for Matt to find out the truth about the whole vampires thing like the books. If those things happen I don't care what else they do Personally I think I'm going to get very confused between figuring out whether its a scene with Katherine or Elena

Watched about eight episodes of this... Load of crap really, just when you thought it might get good, it didn't.... Virtually identical to "Twilight" as well, plot-wise....
Sorry guys, I'll take "Being Human" or "True Blood" anyday over this.....

OK my little pigeons. Some leaked titbits about the upcoming Season II.
Most we already know but oohness. - There will, be a love square between Stefan/Elena/katherine/Damon - Werewolves will be introduced - Mrs Lockwood will be Mayor Now - Damon will team up with The Council to Defeat Katherine - Stefan may still have feelings for katherine - IF Jeremy 'survives' he will bond With Tyler Lockwood who is a werewolf - Doesn't look like they'll be Meredith after all http://www.kryptonsite.com |
