That actual looks god awful, I'm really disappointed. It's just the original series, done worse.

And Macy is a great actor, but that's just... no.

Looking at the trailer, i don't like the look of Ian and Lip. Ian looks too young. And this is the guy who is gonna be getting with dudes within the show. It's gonna look wrong (not two guys doing it but that the actor looks terribly underage)

Lip is suppose to the stud and getting with all the girls like in the original. I wouldn't call the actor ugly but he in terms of looks, he isn't very Lip at all.

But it's about acting not looks. But just giving my view. I will happily check it out as i did like the very early series of Shameless.

OH DEAR. I shall repeat what others have said - Macy as Frank Gallagher looks like an utterly DREADFUL idea. On the plus side, the James McAvoy stand-in is FIT AS.
