I really don't quite get the Jorgie Porter fuss. She's the FURTHEST from being an iconic figure in that line-up.

There isn't really that much fuss, it's just I love her in Hollyoaks and she was actually in my 'dream' line-up when someone made a thread on the matter on DS, so I'm really excited to see her!

I know in the wider scheme of things she's no BIG MO, but surely she's closer to 'iconic' than Chemmy Alcott?

However unglamourous Chemmy Alcott may be, she's actually noted for being one of those at the top of her chosen field. I don't think you can quite the same for Jorgie Porter; how the incredibly hammy (even by Hollyoaks standards) Theresa McQueen has provided the poor girl with three/four years worth of steady employment is beyond me!

OH, I see what you mean now, I will admit she's an awful actress, though with Liberty in the picture you get Theresa coming off like Kate Winslet in comparison laugh.gif

Poor old rubbish Liberty. Although to be fair, the Hollyoaks producers have clearly noticed, because the poor girl's appeared about twice in the last six months. She'll no doubt be soon shipped off off-screen a la Sarah Jayne Dunn.

The irish version of the voice is on tonight at the same time as dancing on ice. I think the voice wins out.

Dancing on ice just isn't that exciting anymore.

tonight's show was good, my favourite's of the night were jorgie, heidi and chemmy. heidi really does look like this season's jennifer, undermarked and really didn't deserve to be in the skate-off at all. sad.gif thank god she's safe though.

I'm quite surprised that she left the competition this early, she seemed to be the type of person who was a poor skater but has a great personality and crowd behind her to carry her through the competition. shame. sad.gif
