 For the third month in a row I'm writing about the huge slump in posts in the AF forums. This time is NOT an exception, and at this rate by the New Year we're going to close ALL of the remaining forums. Minus 34% in posts in October compared to September, and now we didn't scrape even 4.5k of posts between all the 20 forums. Only Will Young, the Saturdays and probably Lady GaGa forum have enough activity at the moment, all the rest is in semi-hiatus. In this climate, Pink's forum soared up into the upper echelon, U2 and Destiny's Child forums climbed a lot too. October's losers are the Leona Lewis forum (-11 places), Kylie forum (-9) and the Sugababes forum (-10). The latter are losers of not that particular month though. Here are the stats.  01 |01|. Not great for Glee to say the 3rd season is currently airing
 Didn't help that it was on a break in the US for most of October though.

No, we are not removing any AFs at the moment. The review we had is over, and roughly 20 is a sensible number to keep.

Yep, but it doesn't matter whether the forums stay or go if they cumulate 0 posts together, you won't be able to compile the chart either way.
 I think / hope the cumulative number of posts will stall at 3-4k though. But to think, only three months ago we were almost at 10k. |

We have an Elvis forum in the loosest sense of the word. No actual discussion takes place there. It's really just a compliation of the WORST games that online forums have to offer; A-Z game, Name A Song Title game (just list his BLOODY DISCOGRAPHY AND BE DONE WITH IT), Word Association game, and Song Lyric game.
Quite bizarrely, they also appear to have their own separate topic for R.I.P Jimmy Saville. Quite why that belongs in the Elvis forum of all places I haven't been able to fathom. They're like the online equivalent of underground MOLE PEOPLE. |

If you all go in there and take a look there is always new stuff coming out and lots of information.
