Hi Thanks for the welcome-meant to post after Bev left Devoted as I really miss her posts on there but couldn't remember my password.
Sunday-I don't think it does makes sense commercially I just think he's pissed off and needs time off now. I think the way he reacted on twitter to The Voice and to the recent homophobic post indicates he just needs to escape from it all right now. We all know he suffers from depression and perhaps this is his way of avoiding descending into it. From something that was said on the web link chat he did, I get the impression that Australia might have been lined up for the start of the year but this was changed when he got The Voice. If he did turn down overseas promotion for The Voice I suspect that's made him even more fed up. All supposition on my part but he's done it before. I doubt he wants to feel like he did during the Keep On promotion so hopefully a break will get it all into perspective and he'll realise just how well he's done with Echoes and a sell out tour.
I really hope he'll come back raring to go and showing The Voice just what a big mistake they've made.
