'Hjartað brennur' and 'Hey' grew on me, especially the former. Iceland indeed outdid themselves this year. Incredible selection. And to my surprise they actually DID leave all the garbage in the Semifinals. She is, it's her duel purpose Finnish Eurovision entry (an as yet announced wildcard) and Hunger Games OST song. It's also a collaboration with The Weeknd and Kele. Abreu for your biggest #1 of all time if all thise were true! I'm not surprised, the new format sounds horrible, and they've ended up with a far worse set of finalists than usual :lol: Hey IS garbage though. Gutted that it's in the final over the fantastic Aldrei Segja Aldrei! However they got the rest of their choices right, the presenter was a bit too average to leave an impact though - she's too pedestrian in her fashion choices. Not stylish but not Eva and Ragnhildur worthy of any comment.

It's not even only about knitwear or yellow telephone. :( They were just PERFECT for the job. The current presenter couldn't even open the envelope last Saturday without flashing what is written on it! What a cow. Eva or Ragnhildur wouldn't let such inadvertence be.

They were genuinely perfect. Along with Christine Meltzer, national final 2010 presenters were incredible :wub: The fashion, the atmosphere, the props - no lighting or audience yet they still made everything feel like a genuine event.
