This video has gone viral around the student population in Belfast. It's a recording of a member of an estate agent kicking through into a rented house, using abusive language, and allegedly breaking their tenancy agreement in the process. It's a rather shocking video.

What are your thoughts on it?

The estate agent obviously has anger management issues but it does beg the question of why he was so agitated - have they been in the house past the end of their tenancy agreement? And if he 'obviously' broke the door in to enter does that mean they changed the locks so that the estate agent or the landlord couldn't enter?

oooo, the video's been taken down now "due to a legal complaint"....

Even if the tenants had stayed their past their agreement, it's not the place for estate agents to kick doors in, there are legal processes. This is just another example of how many estate agents and private landlords are acting with tenants.. Look at what's going on in London with regards to tenants living near the Olympics site as well...
