Mad Men will probably win best drama series.

Bryan Cranston must win Best Lead Actor.

Find it weird how Peter Dinklage is not nominated in the Lead Actor category now since he is the recognized lead actor in Game of Thrones.

Because he wouldn't win.

Shocking lack of Parks and Recreation but everything else seems fine.

ohmy.gif The fact that 'Parks & Rec' has been snubbed for best comedy series is outrageous - how on earth did 'Modern Family' and '30 Rock' turn out a better season?! Both shows are looking stale in comparison.

Jessica Lange & Michael C. Hall to win the awards they're up for, please! Jessica should breeze it, but Michael will be losing this year to Bryan Cranston. I dunno but I'm expecting 'Breaking Bad' to wipe the floor with everything they're up for this year. Isn't this season that got nominations etc... supposed to be one of the best pieces of television ever? Plus it's popularity is ever growing. I still can't make it past the first episode of Season 1, but I do keep meaning to keep with it and "give it a go" as I've heard it's very slow starting!

Why are there ZERO 'The Walking Dead' nominations though?

It's too niche and the drama categories are already too full.

Bryan Cranston, Claire Danes, Peter Dinklage, and Christina Hendricks to win please. I genuinely thought Amy could win for Parks and Rec but they clearly aren't that keen. Veep could be the underdog.

This. I thought the last season of Modern Family was easily the weakest of the three.

I'm happy that Desperate Housewives managed to get a nom from it's final season, and especially that it was for Kathryn Joosten, but that category is clearly going to be another Modern Family win (though I won't mind as much if it's Sofia this time).

I thought the first season of Breaking Bad was incredibly slow. I can deal with pacing, but at times there was just long gaps of nothing. Around episode 6/7 it gets really really interesting and the chemistry between the two leads is nothing short of amazing. After the second episode of Season 2 I think it is, you will completely hooked. The fourth season gets all the plaudits for the tension, but the Season 3 finale for me is probably the best 40 minutes of television I have ever seen.

I love Homeland. Not surprised it won Best Drama, but the biggest shock of the night must have been Damian Lewis winning Best Actor. I think he's great in Homeland, but personally Bryan Cranston blows him out of the water in Breaking Bad. Knowing the episode the latter was nominated for aswell, I'm utterly shocked that Damian Lewis won! Still, just shows that the critics love Homeland.
