For each half of both the Semi-Finals, imagine you're Christer & Co and decide on where you'd place the songs in the running order. Ireland seems like a good one to open the second half with as they need an uptempo for that after a first half of ballads. Serbia and Belarus will be early in the second half too. Montenegro will be as late as possible before a ballad with presence (and all we have to choose from here is Moldova) closes. Semi Final Two 01 Latvia 02 San Marino 03 Finland 04 Iceland 05 Bulgaria 06 Malta 07 Macedonia 08 Azerbaijan 09 Greece 10 Switzerland 11 Romania 12 Israel 13 Albania 14 Hungary 15 Armenia 16 Norway 17 Georgia Reasoning: Latvia seems like a GREAT opener with that title and the song fits. San Marino will be sacrificed into second, Azerbaijan closing the first half after alternating speed of songs throughout. Greece and Switzerland early in the second half due to novelty and old man with Norway and Georgia closing out.
