Welcome to round 10 of least fave Lady Gaga single and finishing in 8th place is "Judas" with a whopping 15 votes, the most so far and which also means that there is just one "BTW" era single left "The Edge Of Glory" which scored 7 votes in the last round as well as "Just Dance". "Telephone" and "Alejandro" scored 4, while "Pokerface" got 3 and "Paparazzi" got 2. "Bad Romance" was the only one safe in the last round with no votes
8th Judas = 15 Votes  Released in April 2011 as the second single from "Born This Way" and was made in attempt to shock with it's religious themes and a quite controversal music video which has been likened to Madonna's "Like A Prayer", and when released the song wasn't quite as successful to her previous up to that point, but still managed top top 10 peaks in Brazil, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Norway, Belgium, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Isreal, Spain, France, Sweden, Canada, Swiss, UK, Danish and USA. Gotta be Alejandro!
Everything started going wrong from that point with that video. The shock and awe tactic she tried with that Steps-lite song Judas fell flat on its face and she should have released one of her crowning jewels instead instead of trying to become a passe Madonna pastiche. |
