I love a good Bic but I sometimes splurge and go to Muji for my bits. I also buy Sys paper (Frenchies unite!) because it's glorious and my handwriting is so much nicer if I use it.

In work I'm responsible for the stationery/office supplies section so that's always fun (as is spending other people's money when I get to order the stock for it)! biggrin.gif

Depends what course you're doing! You'll mainly just need pens really and probably highlighters too. Then any additions would be what normally use for revision. I went a bit overboard when I started and basically bought everything but ended up inly really using pens and highlighters laugh.gif If you're doing a maths based subject or something like business, then you'll need the usual rulers, calculator etc too.

how big is your protractor?

My protractor is huge, people look in amazement when I walk down the street with my protractor on show.

Girls (and guys) can't get enough of my massive protractor.

When I was at school (many years ago) my French teacher used to say that when a word started wit "pro" that meant "instead of". That worked with, for example, pronoun. However, she could be an evil cow at times so nobody ever dared ask how a protractor could be used instead of a tractor.

I always find an excuse to buy stationary, it's the best!

As for being prepared for second year of uni, erm.... kink.gif

EDIT: Still not done and that photo doesn't show all; got a few writing pens to get, few more felt tips, reels of paper for wall displays/revision, hole enforcers for the file dividers, labels and basically whatever else I can find!
