Yes, I've had it consistently since early childhood in various situations and only last year found out what it is/that it's a thing others get. There's a massive Youtube community where people post videos with role plays etc. to elicit the response in viewers for relaxation purposes and help with sleeping ohmy.gif. The whole thing sounds kind of sexual to people at first cos it does resemble a mini orgasm in your head but it's not I swear. mellow.gif

EDIT: Oops should have clicked on the link first as I haven't really added anything new!

I'd experienced tingles for the longest time, stemming right back to my childhood, but never really knew what they were.
Last year when I was suffering from insomnia and taking meds, I came across ASMR on YouTube and rediscovered tingles. I've never been so calmed and relaxed. Now I listen/watch a video every night before bed and I'm out like a light without any medication.

I don't experience this.

In fact the idea of there being a correct way to fold towels stresses me out slightly, but maybe I'm focussing on the wrong stuff here.

Y'all should just listen to Air France if you wanna chill.

I don't experience this.

Not even when somebody uses one of those head massage spiders on you?

Huh. I tried it and it didn't do much, there was SOMETHING, but it wasn't what the article was about (and I originally thought it was something else, which is kind of the opposite: the chills I get from loud, evocative, 'epic' stimuli, I call those tingles/goosebumps/chills/whatever).

This, I didn't get any feelings in my head, I think I'd need physical stimuli for that, these Youtube videos didn't do anything except make me feel slightly relaxed.

It is quite dead here so it would make sense. :/

The head massage spiders are AMAZING. I'm talking about listening to these videos.
