As Mark Ronson looks set to stall at number 2, I thought we'd look back at some other weekly number 2 or lower peaks.

"Last Christmas" sold 500,000 copies in its first week but still, it remains the fastest selling single which failed to reach number 1

I think it was Dario G that was behind Candle In the Wind, but it only did about 85k..

Victoria Becham had huge sales behind Spiller in 2000

Yes Roll With It did 216k and 105k in it's two weeks at No 2

Sorry obviously the list isn't "full" haha- though I think it comprehensively covers the last 10 years
