So following on from independent films including the Academy Award nominated role in Wild, this is Reese Witherspoon's first lead role in a major motion picture since 2012's This Means War. In it, she play a police officer who must protect a drug dealer's widow, played by the hilarious Sofía Vergara. This is due for a release in May and has been directed by Anne Fletcher of The Proposal, so it's looking to be a very female-strong film!

Doesn't look as funny as this, sadly.

Looks pretty good. Shirtless Rob Kazinsky too *.*

Reese and Sofia together in one movie?

Trailer reminds me a lot of 'The Heat' but looks even funnier.

Desperate to see this, but then I want to see anything with Reese in

My only worry with the release date is it could struggle at the box office, there seems to be about 4/5 films all aimed at females in the last 4 weeks of May

My expectations weren't high in the end (8% on Rotten Tomatoes..) and they weren't exceeded really although I don't believe it was as bad as the rating suggests.

There were one or two moments that did make me laugh but otherwise a lot of it felt forced and just not funny. A massive shame as I love Sofia and Reese individually, but I don't know how well they worked together either.
