much like using the pill for women. would you be willing to take the drug yourself? would it add to the stigmatism

also jesus christ @ 1 in 8 gay men in london having HIV

think it depends on the side effects, some drugs have quite a few. The attitude that you can live a normal life once you have HIV though is not quite true - it affects at the very least relationships, people's attitudes, and there are ongoing health problems in many cases which are not good for quality of life. Like premature ageing.

Trouble is, many young people never worry about what's going to happen to them later in life it's just too far in the future for them to care. Till it happens of course.

So, yes, anything that saves lives, and as long as it's safe to take.
