1. Singapore
2. Paris
3. Oslo
4. Zurich
5. Sydney

Obviously this is a base guide and not the whole truth, but are you surprised by this list?

Not surprised by Paris being here at all. It was super expensive and rather unnecessarily tbh.

Sydney in the top 5 doesn't surprise me. The entire nation is beyond expensive.

Paris is a little surprising to be. I thought it was expensive but not quite that expensive

Oslo being there is not in the least bit surprising. 70 krone for a bottle of coke (550ml) when I was last there (about 12-13 years ago) and that in today's money is £5.92!!!! ohmy.gif

Paris is not surprising at all tome. I read an article some time ago saying it was nearly ipossible to afford housing there for the "average joe"

How do you mean? It's desribed a city. Is there some way that it does not fit the definition of a city?

Singapore is a 'City-state' and meets both the requirements of a city and that of a sovereign nation.

Monaco and the Vatican are the other internationally recognised/agreed city-states.

I was supposed to be going to Paris soon, but my sister said it isn't really worth it. So expensive and bar obvious landmarks, quite boring.

Some of the obvious landmarks are the least interesting parts of the city! I wanna get to know it better.

It's ridiculous for rent but everything else didn't seem too expensive.
